Booking & Room Policy

Making your reservation

The following details will be required upon making your reservation.

• Date you would like to visit us
• Full names of anyone in your party
• Credit / Debit card number as full payment is taken on booking. We always need authorisation from the card holder to process the payment

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation an alternative date will be offered, subject to availabilty, and must be used with 12 months from the date of the original booking.

In the event of a second cancellation there will be no alternative dates offered.

Amendments

Any amendments made to existing reservations will incur a £50.00 fee.

On the day

Guests are welcome to Manor Court from 4.00 pm onwards. Breakfast is served from 8am. Rooms need to be vacated at 11.00am. Late checkout may be arranged at an addition cost. Please advise at time of booking. Please be aware that late checkout, not pre-booked, will incur a cost of £20 per 30 minutes.
